I cleared all 3 rounds and after that the HR ghosted me. I tried calls and emails multiple times but received no response at all. They contacted me after months and ghosted again

It all started by applying on linkedin, I got the HR call for initial discussion and then there was 2 rounds of discussion. first consist of frontend javascript focused interview and second was related to react based questions, although I have cleared both round and same was confirmed on mail , I was not given offer letter saying that client has not confirmed yet. so if you are appearing for interview make sure that they will provide a offer or it is just waste of your time and energy
