Después de postular por la web de Globant, recibí un correo para llenar preguntas generales sobre mi experiencia y un par de preguntas en inglés. Las respuestas debían ser grabadas una sola vez sin opción a volver a intentar. Luego fui contactada por el reclutador para empezar el proceso de selección como tal que constó de 3 entrevisitas: * Entrevista con el reclutador donde te indica si pasas a la siguiente entrevista y te indicas algunos temas que aconsejan sean revisados. *Entrevista con especialistas en el área, donde preguntaron sobre la experiencia, conceptos y algunas preguntas en inglés. *Entrevista fit, en mi caso tuve 3 donde finalmente hice fit con un proyecto y me hicieron la oferta.

It was very friendly, and the interviewer was open to questions and eager to talk about the benefits they offer,
also, the process went smoothly and the two other peers were asking technical questions.

Muchas entrevistas más de 5, y muy mal feedback desde recursos humanos por no decir inexistente.
Te envían a una entrevista con cliente final sin decirte para que puesto específico es, ni de que se trata el proyecto.
