Goldenflitch Studios interview questions

Extremely disappointing experience. First they scheduled a call and didn't turn up. Second time when they did turn up, a 1/2 hour interview was stretched to more than 1 hour where it felt like the interviewer just came to demotivate you and pick out faults in anything you presented. He kept picking more projects to discuss. At one point, he was literally arguing and not willing to listen to any reasoning. It demotivated me so much. I was scared to interview at any other company. Not at all what I expected as a Junior designer. They didn't even send a generic "sorry you're not moving to the next round" text. Highly unprofessional conduct.

All sort of theoretical questions asked. They are more focused on theory then practical knowledge. They will point out mistakes and make you feel bad. It’s another toxic place where people want you to know everything.
