Participé en un proceso de selección con Google para la posición de People Consultant. Aunque finalmente decidieron avanzar con un perfil con un background más tecnológico, la experiencia fue excelente.
Me encantó formar parte del proceso, avanzar en las distintas fases y, sobre todo, la cercanía y empatía del equipo de selección. Una vez tomada la decisión, el recruiter agendó una videollamada para explicarme personalmente los motivos, lo que demuestra la calidad humana y el respeto con el que gestionan sus procesos. Fue una experiencia muy positiva y enriquecedora.

Imagina que un área de negocio clave está mostrando un aumento en la rotación del 20% durante los últimos seis meses, especialmente entre perfiles técnicos senior. Los managers argumentan que se trata de un problema de compensación, pero los datos de benchmarking indican que estamos en línea con el mercado.
¿Cómo abordarías este problema como People Consultant? ¿Qué pasos seguirías para identificar la causa raíz y proponer una solución sostenible?
4 total interviews, including a phone screen followed by an on-site interview with three separate individuals. Each interview was 45 minutes and 3-4 questions with follow-up questions. They reserved 10 minutes for candidate questions in each interview

Interview
The interview process was very smooth from start to finish and they moved rather quickly in the process as well. The initial contact began with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a potential peer, and then was invited to an onsite interview with 4 panel members (through Google Hangouts). Super friendly individuals, however, i didn't really get a good vibe from the interviewers except during my informal interview with a potential peer. Overall great process, but probably wouldn't spend time or preparation doing it again.
