I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
I was recruited by an internal recruiter. Scheduled an interview the same week they reached out and filled out an online portal. Interview was with the recruiter and lasted 30-minutes. They asked technical questions during this round which was weird.

Question 1
They asked me to say the meaning of different ad/marketing acronyms.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
