I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
4 interviews focused on a specific areas - Program Management, Googleyness, Leadership, and Role Related Knowledge. The recruiter helped me prepare for these by letting me know what they grade for / what to expect. The interviewers read from a list of pre-prepared questions that I'm assuming lined up with what each interviewers topic was.
