I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google
Interview
I went through three interviews in total, scheduled fairly close together. The first interview focused on the specifics of the role. After that, there were two additional interviews: one assessing "Googliness" and leadership, and another focused on GCA (General Cognitive Ability). Throughout the process, the recruiter was incredibly supportive, guiding me through each step and enrolling me in various prep sessions. It was clear that Google is invested in helping candidates succeed, which made the experience both thorough and encouraging.

Question 1
"Can you tell me about a time when you had to go to unusual lengths to support a client, and how you handled the situation?
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
