The interview took more or less an hour and they tried to test how I deal with senior associates who I have difficulty working with. The interviewer gave me time to ask at the end.

I was interviewed twice - by the partner who is a member of the hiring committee, and my soon-to-be supervising partner. Based on my experience, I think that they are really try to know the applicant better and are also considerate of the applicant's short-term and long-term goals.
