GovTech Edu Indonesia interview questions

Two rounds of interviews with product leaders, accompanied by some bureaucratic procedures. Pretty normal questions, but I heard for the new administration there could potentially be some new procedure (they’ve just joined INA Digital now)

The process began with an initial conversation with the Design Lead, where we discussed my experience and alignment with the role. This was followed by a case study assignment, which I worked on over the course of a few days. I then presented my approach, rationale, and design decisions to the interview panel, which included members of the design team. After receiving feedback and addressing questions, I had a final discussion with the Design Lead before moving into the salary negotiation stage.
