Interview
The process started with an on-campus interview and then was invited to an in-office interview. The in office interview is a daylong interview where you meet with several different levels of staff. The interview is almost as much an interview of you as it is an interview of GT. They want you to want to work at GT, not just give an offer to a qualified individual.
I attended an interview with Grant Thornton where the questions were mostly basic, focusing on fundamental concepts, my articleship experience, and general understanding rather than any advanced or technical areas

a fairly smooth process. an accounting test to qualify for interview 1 that happens with a manager, post that interview 2 with director. as a fresher much wont be expected except basic accounting knowledge especially journal entries

Decent experience had total 5 rounds of interview. Major questions were from basic accounting and basic audit background like cash flow statement, audit assertions, p&l and balance sheet items, ratios, taxation, gst
