Application then interview. Two interviewers, basic enough questions but it went on for quite a long time. In the application process, you had to write about a company that inspires you and why. Make sure you know about the industry the company is in and not just the company itself because you are asked in detail about this.

Applied online, got a call asking me to come in for face to face interview about two or three weeks later, with two interviewers, both were very friendly, however were looking for someone with more experience in the consultation area
