I was approached by a Recruiter at Grant Thornton via LinkedIn InMail. Decided to have a call in which she walked me through the role in more detail and GT as a firm. I was then offered the opportunity to have a call with a Senior Adviser in the Graduate Recruitment team at the firm, she very much walked me through the role in more detail and informed me of what the culture is like and what the day-to-day tasks would look like working at GT.
Following that, I was invited to an on-site interview which lasted for 2 hours. I spent 30 minutes completing two 'tests' based around the role, managing pipelines of recruitment and tasks etc. I then had a series of competency based questions around GT's 5 values, this lasted 90 minutes as they where very intense and demanded a lot of thought before answering.
2 days later I received a call from the Recruiter to invite me to final round of interviews which will be a presentation & 1:1 interviews with more senior management. This should last 2 hours.
