Interview
En primer lugar tienes una entrevista con Recursos humanos que es quien evalúa si pasas a la siguiente entrevista. La segunda entrevista sería con el gerente del equipo para el que vas a trabajar donde te pregunta tu experiencia en cierto sector y por último entrevista con el Socio del equipo para el que vas a trabajar.
In my opinion the interview process was pretty standard for a professional services company. The process was not too lengthy and there was constant communication and updates provided throughout the process.
The interview process in my current workplace consists of technical test (accounting & audit), HR interview and user interview. It's a very fast and efficient process, it takes less than 2 weeks.

Interview
The interview was virtual and set up as 2 30 minute interviews with partners. No technical questions were asked. More of a conversation than an interview, it was for an internship so they just wanted to make sure I was capable of having a conversation.
