HR extended the interview invite 2 days after I have submitted the application online but interview was 1 month later. Met with the Asst. Director (Hiring Manager) and the Partner. The job description was grossly different from the job expectation. The Partner is not open to out of the box suggestions and I ask to conclude the interview after 10 minute. Interviewed for similar position with other consultancy firms and had better experience.
