Interview
Total waste of time and energy. First interview: unannounced group interview where the presenter went over jobs I didn't even apply for (promising high and quick growth) and promptly ended the call without allowing us time for questions. They then sent us timed questionnaire to fill out immediately after the interview. In the 'phone screen' later the same day the HR rep didn't ask me any questions. The next morning they wanted me to have a 2nd interview. In which they kept changing who I was interviewing with up until 30 minutes before and they told me I would have to take an exam based on the info in the interview right afterwards. I removed myself from this process when it became clear it was a MLM scheme of some kind. Though they said they are looking to hire about 60 more people "as soon as possible" they made the process 5 steps/interviews, which all must occur within about 3 days.

2 days interview, very easy, kinda weird, zoom call with many people while no conversation with the applicants. When u good then got phone screening to schedule the second interview. It's basically just phone schedulling not a screening.

Interview
The first round interview was a brief mass Zoom where no conversation was had. We were told to fill out a questionnaire by that afternoon and someone would call in the evening with an update on the next round. The second round was longer (30-40 minutes) with a member of the team. The final round was a brief call with a manager of some sort. Overall, the title of this position seems inaccurate because it's essentially sales. Had a weird feeling while interviewing and saw another person describe the company as a pyramid scheme which I would agree with.
