Interview
Do not take serious their own offer, as they extend a job offer after three interviews, and already get an agreement of salary.
They tell you they are working to send you the offer letter and couple of days, but nothing. Call the hiring manager and tell me "Oh yes I was about to contact you" then ghost you again. Do not take them seriously when about employment.
