Greentech Foundation interview questions

The interview process was good & environment was also good but when My interview had completed they didn't give any appointment letter or offer letter, The Interviewer told me for direct joining however I accepted but after that they didn't do any confirmation call or mail that I will have to join, that was really unprofessional behavior of the company management.
