Very committed to finding a culture fit. There are several steps, but once they've narrowed it down, it's about fit with the company and their important mission. The CEO is terrific!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guardian Outreach Ministries (Saint Augustine, FL) in Oct 2024
Interview
I applied on-line, a few weeks later I received an email that I was selected, it requested I attend a webinar and an interview thereafter. It was not actually true, however. When it was time for the webinar, I could see many on the call. They explained the job duties and expectations, it was a bait and switch as the job is a marketing position to go to golf courses and allow us to set up a small area where they can have donations. I was appalled on the next speaker who all they spoke about was Jesus and praying for the job as if he was conducting a sermon. They wanted all to go to church on Sundays but failed to ask in the room who was Christian. In my corporate background one would be fired for even conducting a speech like that. He finally finished and there was not an interview but a link to answer further questions. It was very misleading and messy. It was also a waste of time they should have asked people it was mandatory to be Christian and not preach to us. I am not Christian and was not appropriate seemed like a cult than anything else. They are what we call hypocrites they can lie and turn around and preach. I would not recommend this place at all.
