I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Guidacent (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Recruiter call -> Work Style quiz->In person 1 -> In person 2,
Process ended before writing sample and final interview.
Overall, a cumbersome interview process out of step with a "firm" that only has hourly employees.
Recruitment waited a week to notify me of a lack of projects matching my skills.
Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. I am revisiting our interviewing processes and constantly trying to improve the experience. If you have more feedback, please feel free to contact me directly at Recruiting@guidacent.com.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guidacent (Seattle, WA) in May 2017
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter; 2 consultant interviews; final interview with managing partner. Their offer was very low-end. Since they couldn't place me after 6 mos, they rescinded their offer. Not a company I would recommend to colleagues.
