It was a highly unusual experience applying & interviewing at Guidehouse. I saw the position at LinkedIn and applied. Surprisingly instead of HR, the Hiring Manager reached out. During the initial phone screening with the hiring manager and I got excited hearing about all the projects. It was average, going over all my experience and skills. In 2 weeks I was invited for in-person at the DC office. This time someone from HR called and set the meeting. Met two designers, the hiring manager, and some product people. It was all behavioral question about team management and process. Afterward, they went radio silent. No response to any thank you note, no follow up, feedback and rejection from HR. I followed up after 3 weeks to HR to withdraw my candidacy out of courtesy since I was accepting another offer. No one bother to respond this time as well. I find the entire process highly unprofessional.
