Interview
1st round HR call: CV review, career goals and alignment to the role
2nd round: Behavioral interview and Case Presentation interview, each 45min. Case involved a take-home case study with a prompt and some background; you research and prepare your presentation in the days leading to the interview.
3rd round: Behavioral interview and Spot Case interview, each 45 min. This followed the traditional case interview format with prompt to subsequent analysis/calculation.

Standard behavioral questions: what are your strengths, describe a time when, why this role
Case questions: market entry, product launch, market sizing
They were very professional and prompt, easy to coordinate and clear questions. The process made sense and I got plenty of time to ask questions of my own. I interviewed with two different people.
3 rounds, took a long time for turnaround, felt like a good use of time in each round. Content is practice specific, except for maybe first round which was more behavioral.

Diese können Case Studies, analytische Aufgaben oder praxisnahe Fragestellungen beinhalten, um die Problemlösungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Denkweise zu prüfen. Auch Gespräche mit verschiedenen Teammitgliedern oder Führungskräften sind üblich.
