I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gymshark (New York, NY)
Interview
I interviewed for an eCommerce management position, and I was very excited to be considered for a phone interview. Like anyone would be, I was nervous during the call and stumbled on my words a bit. The recruiter seemed had a very cold demeanor and seemed like she just wanted to get the interview over with. She honestly seemed genuinely annoyed with my nervousness. I didn't receive an offer and received a generic canned email response as to why I wasn't selected to progress further into the hiring process.
It's probably better that I didn't progress further in the process because I'd rather not deal with a recruiter who seems that she has better things to do than her well, job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gymshark (Solihull, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
First step after CV approval is a video interview process, you go into it blind not knowing the questions and essentially have to answer or read out loud to a web cam.
I can see from there POV it weeds out candidates quickly but the process is quite uncomfortable and not really appropriate for more senior roles (in my view).

Sonru, good! Easy to apply, Gymshark is a nice place to work for but never got a request to work there unfortunately. Will apply again if we see a good fit!
