The interview was really easy. This place isn't really a marketing firm. Interviewing is a complete waste of time. The "Director" writes a timeline on the back of your resume with the steps to become a director in 6 months. It's really just selling cosmetics to businesses. I didn't apply for a sales position so not sure why I was interviewed for it. I was supposed to go in for a second interview where I tag alongside a top seller and see how she sells to businesses, but I didn't go. All in all, it's a complete scam.
