Interview
Wish I would have read the interview reviews on here before wasting my time.
It's all true. I have 2 years of experience at a legit marketing firm where I handle important projects/budgets/deadlines. This job was advertised as something totally different than what it really is. If you have a degree, this is a slap in the face, please look elsewhere... you are worth more.

Interview
It took 1 day for them to call me back for an Interview. Once I went in it took 30 min for them to see me. Very nice office. I was explained the process upfront. Only thing I'd say is misleading is the title of job position I applied for. Everyone starts at the same level with same salary pay going in. Once you complete the levels you are then promoted to next level. You get base plus commission from sales of their current promotional products. At the time it was makeup. I then got called in for a second interview. Second interview is just where they show you what it is that they do. I literally went out to businesses and watched the interviewer sell makeup. If you enjoy B2B selling then this is for you.

If you could describe yourself in one word, what would it be?

Interview
Before my interview I came onto Glassdoor to do research on the company and saw everything that is on here but decided to make a decision for myself. I am extremely glad I did and went to the interview. There are so many lies on this site? The position is a salary plus bonuses job position not only that but everyone has southern hospitality down to a T. My advice? Do what I did and check it out for yourself the internet isn’t always true which happened to be the case here!
