First off, everyone is really nice! You interview with the HR manager (for a debrief), Manager, Group Manager and possibly the VP. All very nice people, they ask standard questions, and while your past experience is a factor, they also look for your fit within the organization. Be honest, Be funny and ask as many questions as possible.
