    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7+ months. I interviewed at HDFC Bank (Mumbai) in October 2013.

    Interview

I come from a very renowned engineering institute. I was interviewed for a post of associate software engineer at kanjurmarg branch through an employee referral branch on OCTOBER 29th 2013 cleared all rounds on the very same day Team manager and Associate VP were very positive they assured me HR TUSHAR will call you in a day or two. After a month I asked my friend to get in touch with the HR, She did and HR said yeah its under process and he will get to know from us very soon, this was his dialogue whenever i asked him then in March 2014 received a call from HR TUSHAR asking are you still interested in this job or not I said yes and then I called him he said you will get your offer letter in a day or two it is waiting for the clearances in head office then after a month back he said we have recruited some other fellow. I mean you guys are so unprofessional MR. TUSHAR. Its the HRs duty to call the candidates and inform here I ve called him some 25 times no response sometimes he is in meeting sometimes hes not on desk and sometimes he wont pick up you call. Even today my friend asked him about the result he was in no mood to call either of us.
If you would have told me earlier could have been easy for me.
