Interview was several stages starting off with a quick HR interview, then an online written test, then an in person interview at their Mississauga Office. They are great at communicating during the process and easy to get along with as well as professional.
Compensation at HGC is lower than similar positions at other firms.

The interview process was very smooth and professional. I enjoyed talking with the team and learning about the work that they do. They were very transparent about the position and it seemed like a good sign for the company.
