Interview process was quite easy , Started with application and then online assessment test , then they conduct pool interviews, interviews are quite easy, they basically are hiring for multiple candidates and then place them in a pool and hire them in some company afterwards.

I was kinda forced by a head hunter, keep saying it would only take 30mins, but took hours. I have to wait for the manager since their shift starts at 9pm

The interview was easy. Just the general questions that you might get asked when applying for a customer service job. Show your people skills, answer politely, and speak clearly. It's a pretty simply process.
