Offline ,through portfolio and previous works. They talked via call first and then appointment was given and asked me to visit the office for offline process, where they have seen my portfolio and talked to me regarding the projects done by me previously, and asked me questions regarding the same, also asked few technical questions and about the knowledge I have in softwares.
