They walk you into this small meeting you and ask you to describe yourself- very routine questions about school, work experience, etc. However, what they do not do is tell you your salary until your first paycheck, or even the dress code aside from dress up.

Anything the customer asks you about refunds and other such things... Your bosses ditch you to take the heat on your own.
It was an onsite one on one interview with the general manager and sales manager. They described what my role would be and asked about my past work experience. They followed up later that day with their decision on the position I applied for.

Manager, Natarsha who is the guest service manager, was who interviewed me at the time. She was very welcoming and informative about the role. she also gave me a tour of the hotel. It went by pretty quickly and I felt like it was a smooth, light and friendly interview.

Interview
I applied for an immediate opening for the front desk position. I was called to set up an initial interview within 9 days and was to meet with the general manager.
The first interview went well and lasted approx, 20 minutes... He asked about my availability (the position called for full time but I wanted part time) He also asked about my previous job experiences.
The second interview was with the assistant general manager of the Marriott resort closeby. (They both are owned by same person)
Second interview went well and lasted about 20 minutes as well. Same questions were asked by agm.
I was offered the job 2 days later and accepted.
