was a very swift and smooth process. Didnt go too technical and was very friendly and approachable. Behavioral questions were asked, like why the company and what are your strengths and weaknesses.

Extremely unprofessional. I was told to wait for my trial period and that is justified. Later I was told that due to Covid's impact on business they no longer taking people with no familiaroty to the specific language and that is also justified. However, making an individual wait for a couple of weeks and watse their time is not justified.
