The interview went well; the HR representative and the hiring manager were quite friendly, so it didn’t make me feel nervous or uncomfortable. They were also quite informative when I asked questions.

lnterview was conduct in 2 steps. first with HR group and secondly with users. additonally GM or department head will join into discussion. overall question is average/easy related opening position vs candidate condition.

some question about personalities and analytical views. duration normally about 60- 90 minutes with 2 panelist and 1 dept.head. they want to know your capability and way to solve the problem. and how fast you finish the task.
