They canceled last minute I was not.impressed with the last minute email unprofessional also it was day of the interview so be aware this could happen. I am over qualified and wanted the higher end of the pay scale could be that as not sure though????

There were not any they canceled last minute I hated that and it waistedpaid child care and a spot on my busy calender so I would day call ahead to make sure you still have your spot
One on one interview with current consultant. Interview with two board members. The challenge with this interview was that the questions were yes or no. If you wanted examples, then say "describe a time when" as opposed to "what is". Interview questions were very traditional. Company is currently experiencing a ton of issues as well so was not as keen to accept the role.
