There was two rounds of interviewing. The initial interview was remote and with two employees—an HR manager and another Administrative Assistant. The interviewers were friendly, direct, and interested in what I had to say, while the questions were mostly about your experiences and why you want to work at the company. The second round was with the two most senior members of the company on-site, though the founder videoconferenced in. Again, the interview was very amiable, straightforward, and focused on your experience and how you would benefit in the role. I received an offer which was unfortunately rescinded shortly after.
