I completed a take home assignment and had 3 rounds of hour long interviews just for them to send me a generic rejection template via email from a general HR address. If someone makes it that far in the process, that feedback should be shared from the recruiter they’ve been in contact with at minimum. Maybe use an email that you didn’t just replace “thank you for applying, but” with “thank you for interviewing, but”. So disrespectful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you navigated competing priorities?
Had 3 rounds of interviews. Everyone was very nice. Interview questions were pretty standard. First round included getting to know me and my prior work experience and the subsequent interviews were more about handling situations more specific to the role they were hiring for and asking some behavioral questions
My interview process was very fast and efficient! 1 over zoom and then 1 or 2 in person I believe, The people were very friendly and made the process seamless. The recruitment team answered all my questions and were able to assist when I had questions.
