Submitted cv through website. This was followed by a telephone interview which was then followed by a face to face interview at their office in Solihull. An offer was then made 2 weeks later
Quick process, got the interview via an agency and had quick turnaround between 1st & 2nd interview. Didn’t think the interviews provided enough opportunity to highlight my skills and experience.
