Phone interview by HR, face to face by Manager and assessment center which last 3 hours, last by hiring manager. Assessment center was fun and involves presentation, role play and tour round the office which helps in getting an initial judge of the kind of people and environment you will work for. People are generally nice, office is a very open space.
