Offered for interview with the Founder, he felt a bit distracted and uninterested. Probably very busy but felt uncomfortable. Ghosted after the interview, no further comms to tell me I wouldn't be progressing.

2/3 Stages depending on availability - very welcoming interviewers who ask logical questions and dont try to catch you out. second interview task is refreshingly about your role and experience rather than a task that has nothing to do with the role to see how you cope under pressure
