The process was pointed and specific - each question they asked was clearly focused on fit. It was nice that, while skills are important, they weren't so focused on skills they failed to ask about fit. Be the end of the process, I felt like I could fit there and understood who I would work with more than after any other interview.

Very long recruiting process. I had 5 interviews. 4 over the phone and 1 in person. 2 interviews by the recruiting coordinator, 1 interview by the Director, 1 interview by the CEO and 1 in-person interview by Team Leads. I had to write a 2-3 page bio for the in-person interview and there was another round after that where candidates are to prepare a presentation. Its ok to be thorough, but this is a little overboard. In the end after my 5th interview, my salary expectations did not align with theirs. I had told them my salary expectations from day 1. I was disappointed as I really believed the CEO's vision of having people on her team that are authentic, which was me from the 1st time I talked with HeliosHR.
