Interview
The company is hiring through employment agencies. the employment agencies will search and select the candidates with matching skills and experience with the position the company is looking to hire. the employment agency shares the resume to the hiring manager and once the hiring manager provide confirmation to proceed, the employment agency will call the candidate (first phone interview). The employment agency will then arrange for a phone intreview with the recruiter or a face to face interview. Number and types of interviews depend on the position.

Interview
This was an internal lateral job change, I was already an employee so my experience may not be typical. I applied through the internal job board, and the hiring manager contacted me immediately. I had several phone calls and virtual meetings with a global team and then a 1:1 with the final decision maker/senior manager.
