I interviewed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE (Manchester, England)
Interview
Initial phone interview, which was quite easy, followed by a difficult face-to-face interview. The interviewer only cared about motivation, and kept on asking, "How do you motivate yourself?" "How are you proactive." I gave examples, but they just kept on with the same question. They didn't try to sell the role to me at all, which was a bit surprising, I've never been at an interview where the interviewer doesn't sell you the role. They didn't seem that prepared for the interview either, getting my CV mixed up "Why did you move from job B to job A." When I'd moved from A to B, and often told me "Great answer." Before asking the same question again two minutes later. I didn't get an offer, but while I had walked in feeling enthusiastic about the company and the job, I didn't want it by the end.
