Interview
Phone interview was with future Administrative Leader (mostly focused on qualifications), Next interview was phone panel interview and third was an on-site panel interview with all leaders on the account who would be direct reports and peers. 7 people in total participated in both the phone and on-site panel interviews.

Question 1
Typical introductory questions asking to briefly explain background. Specific interest in what I had been doing the last several years. In panel interview, things quickly switched to behavioral type questions where each person had prepared questions where they asked me to explain experience relevant to the specific challenges being experienced.
