1st is GD round then a technical interview followed up with a HR round, pretty easy process they ask basic Computer Networks and Computer Architecture Questions in Technical round and in GD round they give everyone a topic to speak on randomly to evaluate your verbal skills.

It was more about communication than Technical. They chose confident candidates with good English skills. They also wanted to know about handling stress and other stuff.
