Interview process to become a Software Developer for Hexa Consulting.
The process was easy, but the interview with the client was not.
When meeting the client for the first time, I was not informed that I would be participating in an interview. Did not have time to prepare, since I was informed that I was not going to be interviewed on that date.
The interview went well, so I got the position.

Conversa exploratória com recrutador que depois apresentou o meu perfil a possível cliente. Apresentou como eram feitos os pagamentos pela consultar, com um esquema um pouco complexo de pagamentos com seguradoras e tal. Pareceu-me que apostam em salários base baixos.
