After 2 weeks, HR sent a mail to submit documents. Again no response after that. Not responding to mail and rejecting calls. Hello HRs, We candidates are spending time to come to interview, follow ups and so on. What's the problem in just sending a mail with one word, yes or no. Please respect candidates. They deserve response.

I had a disappointing interview experience with this company due to a lack of communication and professionalism from the recruitment team. I cleared the L1 virtual interview, after which the recruiter invited me for a face-to-face interview in Pune on 6th December 2025. I attended the interview in person, and the interview panel gave very positive feedback at the end of the discussion. They appreciated my technical knowledge and informed me that the feedback was positive. After the interview, the recruiter mentioned that I would receive a call to discuss the offer. However, I never received any follow-up. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times over the following weeks, but received no response. It has now been over two months, and there has been no update, rejection, or closure. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing, especially after investing time, effort, and travel for a face-to-face interview.
