Pretty simple and competitive, I spoke with someone who was in the role that I applied for and really enjoyed my time with them. The outlook on professional growth was everything that I was looking for in my career.

Interview
I liked everyone that I met throughout the process and it genuinely does seem like a good work culture in terms of interpersonal connections, but the job had a much larger door-to-door sales component than I expected after applying. This type of work works for some people but is definitely not right for me. I also don't feel very comfortable/secure with a 100% commission based job. Overall, liked the vibe of the company but not the day-to-day of the job.
