I applied online and got invited for an interview. The process was smooth and the interviewer - Adarsh Kotwal was nice. I passed to the second round which was an hour presentation. After this I got a rejection email with no feedback, just a standard rejection email. I requested feedback on why I got rejected - since I had invested time doing an hour presentation and the expected would have been a brief feedback on this. Guess what, Adarsh never replied to me. This is a terrible candidate experience and just shows how unprofessional this person is - on top he's the TA manager.
Providing feedback is the bare minimum a recruiter should provide to a candidate, specially if a candidate invested time on presentations/study cases and so on. Please put yourself on the candidate side and be professional.
