Holaspirit interview questions

The process took 4 weeks, I went through three video interviews and 2 hours of on-site interviews presenting a case study, Feedback was positive until the final interview with the CEO. During the final interview, he didn't ask any technical questions, when I asked about my responses at the end of the interview he mentioned that I answered everything correctly, however, it seemed that he already made up his mind before this interview. Both the hiring manager and the CEO told me they could not provide me with a time when they would give me an answer. After wasting all the time and energy for a month, I received no justified reasons nor a final decision since November, and the position is still open since September. It is astonishing how a company, which is promoting transparent communication and holacracy management (everyone gets a say in the decision-making process) for better organisation, ironically does the exact opposite in reality during their hiring process. This behaviour is a red flag considering the concept the company is actually advocating. Take your time and read the reviews of the employees in both Holaspirit and Talkspirit, I appreciated the hiring manager's energy, however, the CEO seems to apply no core concept of the product they are promoting.
