I applied for one specific role, but at the time they had various roles open with very different titles that all had more or less the same job description. The interview process is technically done in three stages, but it felt like four as there is an initial phone call beforehand, which took forever to set up. There were about three attempts to have this call each time I was ready and waiting, but didn't get called and even the actual call was 10 minutes later than agreed (without apology), which felt very unprofessional on their part. The stages are technical "interview", followed by a competency interview and ending with a site visit, which apparently involves a test in the lab. The technical "interview" is in fact a written exam in which you get 2h to answer questions that are send as word document. This could have easily been transformed into a 1h face to face interview, which would allow a conversation about the topics. The chosen format suggests that discussions are not valued at this company. I applied for a technical role and the questions had a heavy financial bias. Considering all this I was glad when not being invited to the next stage as it was clearly not a good fit
