Interview
Three sets of interviews with two persons doing the interviewing! Started with applying online with a requisition number for a specific job. Application was filled out and a background check was done before proceeding with the interview process! Questions asked were about how I felt about working in a factory with a Union environment. Was I opposed to available overtime because it is a 24/7 operation and equipment could not be shut down because of heating process!

Past work history, which I had none. Asked them to give me the opportunity to show them how fast of a learner I was and that I was a self motivated person who took pride in everything I do and make best decisions based on the interest of the company!
